The fee rules we configure (not hard-code)
- Instalments. Monthly, quarterly or term-wise, with different due dates per class.
- Concessions. Sibling discount, staff ward, scholarships and one-off waivers, with approval.
- Transport fee. By route or distance slab, added only for students who use the bus.
- Late fines. Flat or per-day, with grace days and caps.
- Session rollover. Promotions and next year's fee structure prepared before April.
