How an order flows
- Pickup booked. The customer chooses services (wash & fold, dry clean, ironing) and a pickup slot in the app or on WhatsApp.
- Garments tagged at intake. Each item is counted, tagged with a barcode or QR, and stains or damage are noted with a photo — this protects you in disputes.
- Processing tracked. Orders move through washing, drying, ironing and packing. Staff update status by scanning tags.
- Ready and delivered. The customer is notified with the bill, pays by UPI, and the delivery is assigned to a rider.
- Subscriptions and repeat. Monthly plans for families and hostels, with remaining kilos or pieces shown in the app.
